This cape started as a lovely piece of wool destined for something spectacular, but needed some flourish. Needle felt dyed and raw wool fibers, hand-spun yarns, silk ribbons, fine beads, and other embellishments were then anchored with hand-sewn metallics and fine thread. The result is a wonderful, whimsical piece of wearable art!
